An M.D. Gynae from PGIMS Rohtak, Haryana, I moved from the post of Assistant Professor in obs and gynae to get trained in Infertility Management and Assisted Reproductive Techniques at Fertility Clinic Mumbai under Dr.Sadhana Desai who has to her credit the second IVF baby of the country.I subsequently did a Fellowship in Germany in 2009 in reproductive medicine and endoscopy and also received Advanced Reproductive Care training held at Assuta Hospital, Tel Aviv, Israel in 2011.My speciality interests are management of all cases related to infertility, diagnostic and corrective laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgeries and assisted reproductive techniques.(IUI,IVF-ICSI,IMSI,PICSI)

Research Experience

  1. I have also done a study with Dr Desai, in which we analysed the endometrial blood flow by Power Doppler, to know the appropriate time for embryo transfer, to give best results to the patient. I have presented that study during the Annual AICOG meeting in 2009, in Jaipur.
  2. Worked on thesis titled “MANUAL VACUUM ASPIRATION-A SAFE AND EFFECTIVE ALTERNATIVE IN EARLY PREGNANCY TERMINATION”.

Teaching Experience

  1. Teaching under graduate M.B.B.S. students including lectures, practical demonstrations and tutorials.
  2. Actively involved in organizing Post graduate. seminars and journal clubs.
  3. Making scientific presentations with Dr Sadhana Desai
  4. Actively involved in teaching of IFS fellow at Ridge IVF.
